Reports Claim The RCMP Is Investigating Romspen Executives! Will The Mounties Get Their Men At Romspen?

The RomspenReport has learned the RCMP is investigating Romspen executives. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have their eye on a half dozen executives for committing financial fraud. Sources say these executives are also aware of the investigations.
Unfortunately, a spokesperson from the RCMP would not comment. The spokesperson also stated she cannot comment on any “possible pending investigations” regarding Romspen. She cited Canadian federal privacy laws as the reason.
However, when law enforcement says they won’t comment, that usually means there is some type of investigation pending. Several Canadian victims of Romspen’s Loan-To-Own scheme have confirmed to RomspenReport that they have filed complaints. Victims also confirm they have sent complaints to multiple Canadian law enforcement agencies and regulators.
Yet, they have not heard from anyone in the new Carney Government or the RCMP.
American Victims Say They Have Heard Back From U.S. Regulators

However, the story is much different south of the border. Romspen victims living in the U.S. say they have been in constant contact with federal and state regulators.
Victims claim there are multiple investigations pending against Romspen.
It appears the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) is taking an active role investigating complaints against Romspen.
The state agency confirms they are investigating multiple complaints against the Canadian lender.
The complaints allege that Romspen set up inexperienced business owners and wannabe real estate developers to fail. The Canadian lender loaned money to to people they knew could never pay them back in order to seize the property in foreclosure.
Romspen then planned to develop the property or sell it at a huge profit.
If borrowers could make the payments, Romspen would intentionally put up roadblocks to prevent the borrower from being able to pay.
