Romspen Nemesis MFI-Miami Files Bar Complaint Against Romspen Fixer Christian Poland With the Illinois Bar Over Poland’s Mentally Disturbing Behavior
Romspen Fixer Christian Poland is staring down the barrel of another bar complaint. This time on his home turf of Illinois. Romspen antagonist MFI-Miami has filed a another bar complaint against the Romspen fixer with the Illinois State Bar Association.
This will be the second bar complaint against Christian Poland in less than two months. The last one dealt with him committing unlicensed practice of law in Florida last year.
This new bar complaint questions if the Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner partner has the mental dexterity to be a competent and relatively sane lawyer. The Romspen Fixer’s behavior suggests either mental health or a substance problem.
MFI-Miami sent the Illinois Bar examples of Christian Poland’s erratic and borderline psychotic behavior.
Mr. Poland’s unprofessional behavior consists of bombarding MFI-Miami’s legal counsel with tsunami of emails of 25-50 emails a day.
He also bombarded my former counsel who is Jewish with dozens of emails during the high holy days knowing she was out of the office for Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah.
As MFI-Miami Founder Steve Dibert wrote in the bar complaint:
I find Mr. Poland’s harassment of my former attorney highly offensive and borderline antisemitic.
Blitzkrieg Of Late Night Emails
At one point, Mr. Poland sent nearly 75 emails to MFI-Miami’s former counsel in a 48 hour period. Most of his emails were sent between 8:00pm and 11:00pm.
Aside, from being unprofessionally demanding, the emails are sexist and condescending.
Mr. Poland’s constant blitzkrieg of emails and harassment eventually forced my lawyer to withdraw from my case.
his case calls into question his mental fitness to practice law in Illinois or anywhere else for that matter.
Mr. Poland has also attempted to have communication with the defendant twice when he knew MFI-Miami Founder Steve Dibert was represented by counsel.
The first being on January 5, 2024 at 12:02am (11:02 PM January 4th Central). The second time was when he carbon copied Dibert in an email to his lawyer on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 10:38 pm (9:38pm Central).
Dibert wrote in the bar complaint:
“I would think this is a direct violations of fundamental legal ethics. As an experienced federal litigator, Mr. Poland should know better.”
Does Illinois Attorney Christian Poland Have Substance Abuse Problem Or Is He Mentally Ill?
Dibert also added:
“It appears Mr. Poland must he suffering from mental illness or suffers from substance abuse issues. However, the only other explanation aside from from that, is that Mr. Poland’s behavior is intentional in order to drive a wedge between me and my legal counsel and to intentionally drive up my legal bill. Either way, Mr. Poland’s behavior gives the Illinois legal community a black eye and needs to be investigated immediately!

Could There Be Troubles At Home?
If Christian Poland is sending out work emails at 10:30pm or 11pm, it’s a sign there are serious problems at home. Most people with a family stop accepting work calls after 6 or 7pm. At 9:30 or 10pm husbands usually have wind down time with the missus.
Is Jennifer Gioffre Poland depriving Christian of marital relations? It very well could be and that is why he sends late night emails. This could also explain why he is borderline psychotic.
After all, psychiatrists theorize that lack of intimate relations may be what triggered Luigi Mangioni to kill Brian Thompson.
Christian Poland could also be a closet alcoholic. He gets home and pours 4 or 5 Gin and Tonics and after arguing with his wife about his drinking then starts angrily blasting out emails.
Whatever his issues are, Romspen lawyer Christian Poland is not mentally well.
